This place serves the best Persian-style fast food in the lower mainland area. Their pizza is absolutely divine! It’s my go-to spot whenever I crave fast food. With friendly staff and mouthwatering dishes, I couldn’t ask for anything more!

One of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time! The cheese mushroom burger was absolutely delicious — the patty was juicy and full of flavor, the mushrooms were perfectly cooked, and the crispy bread brought it all together. It tasted like a real, classic burger should. Highly recommended!

Went there for mid week launch, not too busy. The food is fabulous and if you’re looking for some heavy pizza of sandwiches this is the place. Everyone was so welcome and quality was close to top. The sitting area is cozy and not that fancy, gives you kind of nostalgia vibe.

This spot is a hidden gem! Both the pizza and chicken burger were amazing. The pizza had a perfectly crispy crust with rich, flavorful sauce and fresh toppings—it tasted just like real wood-fired pizza. The chicken burger was juicy, crispy, and loaded with flavor. The bun was soft and fresh, and the seasoning on the chicken was spot on. Portion sizes were generous, and everything came out hot and fresh. Definitely coming back for more!

A great spot with delicious food! The Pizza House Special, Steak House, and Mediterranean pizzas are all full of flavor, and the Steak Sandwich is a must-try. The prices are reasonable, and the place has a cozy, welcoming vibe. It has been run by an old Persian family for many years, adding to its charm and authenticity. Definitely worth a visit!

I ordered pizza from Crispy Delight and was really impressed with the quality. The ingredients tasted fresh, the crust had a great texture, and best of all—it wasn’t overly salty or greasy like some pizzas can be. I also appreciated that it didn’t leave me with any heartburn afterward, which is a big plus. Definitely a satisfying and well-balanced meal. I’ll be ordering again!
